Laubscher Research is Evolving
MEET OUR EDITORIAL BOARD AT LAUBSCHER RESEARCH
H. Laubscher is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Laubscher Research. At just sixteen years old, he achieved early distinction by publishing in the Journal of Organizational Psychology, positioning him as one of the youngest South African researchers to reach international recognition in the field of psychology.
With a background in educational theory, abnormal psychology, and independent academic models, Laubscher has dedicated his work to building structures that make research accessible without compromising on rigor. His frameworks — such as Psychecracy and the Fameocracy model — explore the intersections of psychology, power, and social systems, reflecting a commitment to innovation in both theory and practice.
As the driving force behind Laubscher Research, he has designed the institute’s peer review and editorial structures, ensuring high standards of integrity while inviting collaboration from students, scholars, and professionals alike. His vision is not only to publish research, but to create a prestigious, sponsor-funded, and fully independent platform where ideas are judged on merit, not on hierarchy.
Beyond publishing, Laubscher is engaged in educational development projects, including open-access resources and digital platforms that support learners and researchers globally. His work reflects a balance of youthful innovation and academic discipline, setting the tone for a new era of independent research.
